Our son, Mason Cobble, was diagnosed with Glioblastoma at the young age of sixteen. Mason was a kind-hearted, compassionate, talented, funny, mature young man with the sweetest soul. Mason loved all animals, especially dogs, and one in particular, his German Shepherd, Huck Cobble. Mason volunteered at the SPCA during middle school and through his first year in high school. Mason then worked at a local animal hospital after school and loved this job so much! So much, that he had dreams of becoming a veterinarian. He also spent summers volunteering at the YMCA as a counselor in training. Mason was a wonderful son, brother, grandson, uncle and friend!
Mason went to Heaven June 30, 2021, after a two-and-a-half-year fight against brain cancer. He was 18 years old and had just graduated high school. Mason’s light shined so bright in his short life and impacted so many! In his memory, we wanted to create Mason's Light Foundation to shine the same light and love to others that he did.
